Points négatifs : Les nuisances sonores venant des voisins du dessus. Les prix pratiqués par les restaurants (25€ une salade Caesar)

Points positifs : Overall this was the best place I have stayed in Tignes in the winter. It's well-designed for a ski-holiday, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed it so much that I booked again for whole year in advance. Excellent location: very short walk to the main square with shops and restaurants. The ski path to the lift is right outside the door to the ski-locker room. Intersport rental is one building away. Good quality apartment interior: comfortable beds, good storage closets, modern kitchen. The separate bunk-bed room for children was very cosy. Really nice ski-locker room. Very clean and well-maintained. Boot dryers were working well. Good view from the spa area facing the Palafour lift Baggage room was convenient if you arrive early or leave late, and want to ski. Good quality laundry room. Bring your own soap, but otherwise free. Very polite and helpful staff.

Points négatifs : Only very minor things come to mind: Ski-lockers were a bit small. If you have multiple snowboards you'll need to be creative in placing the boards in the locker. Check-in is a bit chaotic, as most guests are also checking in at the exact same time. So lots of bags piled up at the elevator and hallways.
