Points positifs : Nous avons adore ! Très cosy et confortable Le personnel est au petits soins , surtout Seda , la réceptionniste qui est d’une très grande humanité et professionnelle. Cela faisait longtemps que nous n’avions pas vu autant de bienveillance. Nous la remercions !

Points positifs : Loved the location, it’s much quieter than higher up the resort with limited options to eat/drink/shop but we loved it being quieter and with the free shuttles to busier areas we got the full experience of Tignes. We had pretty much everything we needed for the week in the apartment and the accommodation worked well for a group of 4 friends in our 30’s. The spa facilities were quiet, clean and restful. The reception was friendly and topped us up with extras mid week. Everything was well presented and maintained.

Points négatifs : There was a smell to the apartment (musty/smoker type smell that seemed to be in the fabrics which no amount of airing could clear, it didn’t impact the stay just a bit annoying. A full length mirror in both bedrooms would have been great (was only one in the twin room). More comfortable lounge furniture and option to connect to non French channels would have made it absolutely perfect. The opening hours for the spa/gym would be better if they were 8-10pm not 10-8pm as would have loved to have used them before skiing and in the evening. Some gym weights would have been nice (all cardio equipment) - even just some dumbbells! Obviously none of these impacted our stay, just things that could have made it absolutely perfect!

Great chilled week

Points positifs : Large and comfortable well stocked. Great welcome package. Lots of towels. Arrived late due to traffic and they were really proactive contacting us to arrange key collection.

Points négatifs : Not a lot in the area for apres only one main bar and one restaurant.

Great hotel!!

Points positifs : The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, however they offer the option of ordering bread and pastries the night before to be delivered at the flat door, which is amazing and very convinient. The price was fair and the quality was great.

Points négatifs : The spa was too packed all the time.

Great location

Points positifs : Great apartment, well stocked with good shower and beds (sofa beds were actually good!) Spa facilities also very nice. Could buy ski passes at reception and bakery service was great addition. Loved the welcome basket which included some goodies as well as essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, washing up bits, dishwasher tablets, ketchup, mayo and mustard Ski in/out directly to ski locker door. Ski lockers provided for each apartment were spacious

Points négatifs : Hot tub was slightly too cold. Sauna needed more bench levels - struggled to get it warm enough. No maps to our apartment ( had to take two sets of lifts) and was unclear where stairs were. No maps meant we had no idea where fire exit was - we only figured out the lift route. They really needed to supply maps for apartments like ours (B15)

Points positifs : Lovely fresh and sizeable apartment, with large balcony for additional dining. Great to have the spa facilities after an active day on the mountains.

Für Skifahrbegeisterte perfekte Location

Points positifs : Lage Ski in Ski out war perfekt, Spa Einrichtungen mit Hot Tube und Saune waren angemessen und sauber, Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, Wohnung für 6 ist sehr komfortabel für 4 mit zwei Badezimmern. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

Points négatifs : Die Croissants des Boulangerie-Services waren für französische Verhältnisse eine echte Enttäuschung. Ansonsten war das super und Preis-Leistung hat gestimmt. Alles weitere war perfekt.
