Exceeded expectations
Points positifs : Unparalleled attention to cleanliness (more in next paragraph), excellent shower water pressure and bathroom design, inviting cottage-luxe room with plenty of storage (even with two long ski bags), very friendly and professional staff, convenient 50 steps to gondola, and hassle-free & short free shuttle ride to shops and centre of town Back to cleanliness: I haven’t experienced this level of attention in any of the other similarly priced properties in French ski resorts: housekeeping spends 20 minutes giving room thorough cleaning, I hung out in lounge between breakfast and dinner service and watched staff clean every single table and chair and chair cushion — I’m very impressed and will 100% stay here again when I visit Val d’Isere
Points négatifs : Dinner menu was a little on the simple side, but no complaints, I love this hotel

A very nice place to stay, with very friendly staff - especially Abdur 🙂
Points positifs : A very nice boutique hotel, in a great location - not the very center of Val d'Isere, so very silent at night - but the free bus shuttles to the center are very frequent and convenient. Breakfast was nice, accentuating French foods like cheeses, with very nice view on the La Daille low gondola stop and early skiers going out.

Wonderful staff
Points positifs : The hotel is right across from La Daille telecabine and slopes where my daughter had a slalom race. Very convenient. I parked La Daille public parking (1.90m max) which cost me 28€ for about 24 hours. They said this was the best option. Staff was great - standouts were Abdur and Tom who were extremely helpful with check-in, luggage help, keeping luggage after check-out… Breakfast was amazing. Homemade pancakes, sausages, eggs, variety of bread (awesome seriously), and the pretty coffees. I would definitely stay here again.
Points négatifs : Our room was on top floor where the elevator doesn’t access. Not a big deal.
