Points positifs : Appartement très bien situé : dans le centre de Val Claret, à proximité de l'arrêt de bus de la navette gratuite (pour l'été) Un appartement bien aménagé et avec des équipements modernes. En face d'un parking accessible gratuitement en été. Près des commerces de Val Claret et de Tignes le Lac

A really fab family holiday we loved the skiing.
Points positifs : Very good information given - it was repeated multiple times - very easy and straight forward.
Points négatifs : We did struggle with really bad drain smell in master bed/bath. Lack of extractor fan and air to upper level. Lack of seating for 5 adults to eat in and hang out…

High quality in a great location.
Points positifs : The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard. It is modern, very clean and superbly located with great views to the front and wonderful kitchen appliances inside. The staff were exceptional in facilitating our stay. Great communication throughout and always helpful.
Points négatifs : Like most Duplex apartments, the stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. Families with younger children or with family members who are less mobile, might wish to note this. Also, whilst the property can sleep 6 (or even 7), the living space is quite small in comparison and I would consider 6 people living here to be quite claustrophobic. (My family group was 4 in number and that felt compact enough.)

Great fun in the snow and sun...
Points positifs : Great location nice and modern interior, great kitchen appliances and well equipped. Comfortable beds.
Points négatifs : Coat hanging. The coat pegs on the stair wall beside the bathroom, were not used as coats would impede your entrance into the bathroom, think about moving them onto the back of the bathroom and w/c door. We put our outside coats on the back of the sofa. It would have been nice to have a little privacy in the bedroom ;) ie blinds or covering for the windows. But not a Biggy!

Points positifs : Very well appointed apartment - kitchen especially well designed and equipped. Large fridge and plenty of tableware made self catering less of a chore after a day's skiing. High quality refurbishment, good use of available space, mostly. Excellent location. Manon was very helpful in preparing our stay. His messages were not always 100% clear on detail but he offered to arrange underground car parking, lift passes and insurance in advance. Thank you Manon.
Points négatifs : Honestly, the apartment is small. The third bedroom is particularly difficult, as an adult and the downstairs shower short of space. The drop down bunk bed is unstable and mattress does not lie flat - reminds me of an uncomfortable train journey! Big question. Why is there no blind or curtain separating the upstairs bedrooms?? Glass walls - not enough privacy!
