Apartment Les Grandes Platières - Val Claret-28 by Interhome

Points positifs : Great location. Overall room was cosy and very clean apart from 2 things mentioned below. Very easy to collect keys and drop off too. Despite the few negatives I've mentioned it would still book again. There will always be a few things not perfect but only mentioned them in hope they rectify them for other users. Would definitely recommend.

Points négatifs : One mattress had hair all over it so had to turn it over and put bed linen on before feeling clean enough to sleep on. Rug was very dirty... a new one or proper wash is needed. Directions for the hotel apartment were given to follow a one way road (they assumed we were driving). This was a massive detour which took almost 45 mins in freezing conditions with ski bags etc. While it actually was literally a 1 min walk the other direction. Explained this to the staff but they didnt understand due to the language barrier... was frustrating on the day (we arrived after midnight so we couldn't work out the location easily). But once in the apartment it was fine. They just need to reword the arrival letter. WiFi is really bad. It is a portable device for allowing phones to connect and not the tv to Netflix etc. With kids this was a problem if we wanted to relax and watch a film etc. For 2026 this isn't good enough.

Points positifs : The flat is perfect for two people, it would be comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, but no more than that. The listing says that there are 2 bedrooms, this is a lie. There is one bedroom, and two retractable bunkbeds in the passage between the bathroom and the living, in fronf of the kitchen, right in the middle of the way. Fortunately we didn't have to use it. It has been tastily renovated, and has a lot of windows which make it light and warm during the day, however it gets quite cold during the night, and you can't do anything about it, as most flats in Tignes. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is very comfy.

Points négatifs : Interhome is to be avoided. Either they don't answer your email, or they answer with incorrect information. As per the staff in Tignes, there is one who is knowlegable, the others are new and unable to answer basic questions. The worst was the key pick up arrangements, their instructions say that the check-in is from 17h, no flexibility. Then by email they tell you that you can check-in earlier and that the flat is usually ready early afternoon, and when you get there, you find a closed shop until 4pm.....

Great appartment, extremely close to Everything You Need

Points positifs : Great appartement, very clean, almost new. Only thing missing is not enough sofa seating to watch a movie with 4 people. Otherwise perfect.

Points positifs : The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 skiing holiday. It was newly refurbished with good facilities. It was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location was great, just near the slopes, restaurants and supermarket. We would love to come back next year.
