Overall we had a great week and this apartment is lovely. Would consider staying here again.

Points positifs : The property ticked all the boxes for our group. We had 10 people and liked the rooms, bathrooms and social spaces. We found the supermarket under the building very convenient. The walk to the gondola is convenient too. Pity the snow coverage wasn’t good enough to get back on the red run without coming back down on the gondola.

Points négatifs : We only had one set of keys. This was very difficult as the skiing ability of the group was very different and meant we had to collect the keys from one person to get back into the apartment. Instructions to get to the parking was given verbally by the agent and was very tricky to find. The garage space in the underground car park would not fit our hire vehicle. The other vehicle literally only just fit (both bumpers touching the wall and the garage door). We were led to believe from the photos on booking.com that the spa facilities were part of the main building. This is not the case. They are a 5 min walk and the directions very tricky - through a car park etc. All these issues could have been solved with either a booklet at the property with instructions, or an email send following booking and payment. We had an issue with a blocked toilet from day 1. This was reported and the agent sent someone the following day to sort this. On the last evening we had a visit from the owner of an apartment on the floor below. They had leaking water into their apartment after we had been using the shower. Clearly the plumbing needs attention.
